As teams split up for the international break and managers bide their time to prepare for the schedule after it, fantasy coaches must be aiming to jump on certain bandwagons before their prices rise over the two weeks.
A number of stars have been performing on a consistent basis and it would be a dire mistake not to bring them in at this point. Premium option or budget, these players are currently explosive options in Fantasy Premier League and must be brought in at the earliest.
Managers failing to do so will obviously face the risk of having to bring them in at higher price rate. It could be just £0.1 million, but why miss out on it when it could drastically improve your squad value. Here, we take a look at three ideal options to bring in before the break ends-
Chelsea‘s explosive Belgian has already risen to £11.3million over the weekend after another bumper points haul. Hazard has now picked up points in all but one of his gameweeks and is the highest scoring player in the game so far.
He seems to be a fool proof option at the moment, seamlessly returning points in both home and away games. The Belgian started the season at £10.5 million but his price has already risen at a rapid rate. There’s every chance it could go as high as £11.5 million before the Premier League returns.
Though he is a premium priced option, Hazard seems to be the a fixture proof asset for this season.
It’s a miracle how the Arsenal striker is still priced at £10.6 million after starting the season £0.1 million cheaper. Lacazette has picked up points in 6 of his last 8 gameweeks and seems be in electric form for the Gunners.
He has also returned to double digit hauls that time and has benefitted from a lone striker’s role over the last few weeks. Unai Emery’s men are in good form and have a decent run of fixtures as well. Lacazette is still modestly priced at this point and those who don’t possess the Frenchman could be made to pay for their ignorance. Expect the former Lyon striker’s price to hit £10.7 million in no time.
After making a quiet start to the season, Matt Doherty has now proven to one of the driving forces for Wolverhampton Wanderers this season. The right-back has picked up double digit hauls in 3 of his last 4 gameweeks., scoring 1 goal and providing 2 assists in that time.
His price has already risen to £4.6 million over the weekend and is definitely set to go higher over the break. As things stand, Doherty is the most transferred in player going into the international break.
Nuno Espirito Santo’s men have looked solid at the back, conceding just 6 goals so far. Doherty is definitely destined to pick up points over the course of the season.
