Former Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has failed to comment on the possibility of him taking over as the manager of Manchester United. The Portuguese, who was present at a FIFA function at the Wembley dodged the question of Sky reporter Paul Kensa regarding the reports linking him to Old Trafford.
He refused to comment on the question leaving the footballing universe guessing as to where the Special One will play his trade next. Manchester United have largely been uninspiring under Dutch manager Louis Van Gaal and the hierarchy at the club is believed to be on the look out for a manager who can bring back the glorious days.
The reporter also asked him if he has any comments on the news that Pep Guardiola is the new boss of Manchester City from next season, but Mourinho even declined the reporter’s offer to send best wishes for the former Barcelona and the current Bayern Munich coach.

With Mourinho out of a job it is only obvious that a number of news agencies have tipped him to take over from Van Gaal at the end of the season.
