This Gets Worse! Chelsea Boss Jose Mourinho Takes A Dig At Arsenal Manager Once Again

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has once again continued his war of words with Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger, as per what Sky Sports has reported now. It seems that the Portuguese tactician took a dig at the Gunners chief and labelled the match official “weak and naive” for not awarding his side a penalty in the 0-0 draw in the Champions League against Dynamo Kiev.

The referee did not give the Blues a spot kick after Serhiy Rybalka’s tackle on Spain international Cesc Fabregas went unnoticed. The west London side were held to a goalless draw in Ukraine and now need to do win more games out of the final three games in the group to secure promotion.

However, in his post-match interview, the former Real Madrid boss rather opted to take a subtle dig at rival Wenger.

The French manager had previously labelled Mike Dean as “naive” and “weak” after his side were beaten at Stamford Bridge earlier this season.

Mourinho was recently fined £50,000 by the Football Association for calling officials ‘afraid’ to give decisions in his side’s favour and this time he stated, “The word ‘afraid’ is a punishment, and a hard punishment. But to say the referee was ‘weak and naive’, referring to one of the top referees, not just in this country, also in Europe, to call him ‘weak and naive’ we can do.”
