The Premier League Likely XI To Switch Clubs Including Arsenal, Liverpool & Chelsea Stars

With the new season looming, there are many players who would be switching clubs. Some may be big deals while others just routine transfers. Many key players move out of their club as well, for pastures new, which justifies their talent and quality. Last year we saw Gareth Bale being transferred for a world record fee from Tottenham Hotspur to Real Madrid. We may or may not have such transfers this season, but whatever happens or has happened, there are some very crucial deals that have been carried out or would most likely be done in the future. Here is the Premier League list of players who will or are likely to leave their clubs.

Goalkeeper: Lukasz Fabianski leaves Arsenal for Swansea City

The Swans have snapped Arsenal’s FA Cup hero, who played second fiddle to Joint Golden Glove winner Wojciech Szczęsny. Fabianski, although not as good as Szczesny, is still a very good Premier League goalkeeper and the Swans will benefit from his experience and quality. Fabianski may get more first team chances with Swansea than at Arsenal. Vorm may or may not stay with Swansea, but despite that the Fabianski deal is a good one because it didn’t cost anything for the Welsh team who are without a quality back-up for Vorm.

Right Back: Mathieu Debuchy likely to leave Newcastle for Arsenal

The France and Newcastle Right Back seems set to join Arsene Wenger in North London, while replacing veteran Bacary Sagna, who is his national team’s understudy. Debuchy is in his prime footballing years and comes with good premier league experience and quality. Having been preferred over their former RightBack Sagna in the French squad, the Gunners know that this is a decent deal for a few more seasons to come.

Centre Back: David Luiz leaves Chelsea for PSG

Luiz was sold to PSG for a colossal £50m bid. Luiz is one of the best technically gifted defenders, who likes to play aggressive attack minded football. PSG will benefit from his and Captain Thiago Silva’s strong chemistry and partnership as well as his popularity and presence in the dressing room. This deal is a record for any defender in history.

Centre Back: Nemanja Vidic leaves Man United for Inter Milan

Vidic announced last January that he has signed a pre-contract with Inter for the coming season and would be leaving for a free. With the appointment of David Moyes, Vidic among other stars were not particularly enjoying their football at Old Trafford. It was sooner rather than later, when we expected the Man United skipper to move to pastures new, following which Moyes was sacked towards the season end.

Left Back: Ashley Cole moves to Roma after his contract finishes with Chelsea

Chelsea Legend and veteran left back Ashley Cole, widely regarded as the best left back in the world until last year where he showed signs of slowing and ageing, is set to join the heaven for aged players in Italy. Serie A offers a good playing platform for players who are slowing down, and Ashley Cole, who is still fast enough and a good decisive left back will have no troubles settling down in Roma.
