Real Madrid will be hosting the all confident City side at Santiago Bernabeu this Wednesday. Madrid have been suffering a lot lately in terms of injury as Benzema and Ronaldo are facing some serious problems regarding their fitness. Cristiano Ronaldo might return in the second leg, but doubts over Benzema are still intact.

Real Madrid are having a great home record in the Champions League and will not let the Pellegrini’s men to beat them in Madrid that easily. City, on the other hand, will be coming with their heads held high and will be looking to give the best competition to the Los Blancos.

Here is the Predicted Lineup for Real Madrid that could face Manchester City in the second leg of Champions League-

Goalkeeper: Keylor Navas-

The number one choice goalkeeper for the French manager. In the last fixture against the Citizens, he was untroubled in first-half, but made a brave save at the feet of Aguero just before the hour end mark. He will have to be on his toes as De Bryune and Aguero will be taking every chance that comes on their feet.

Defence: Carvajal; Pepe; Ramos; Marcelo-

Carvajal and Marcelo were benched in their last league fixture against Real Soceidad and are the favorites to start against the Citizens. Varane featured in the last league game for the whites and Zidane might rest the fellow Frenchman in the game. Pepe and Ramos might start the game as both had a decent first leg and held City at Etihad.

Midfielder: Kroos; Casemiro; Modric-

Casemiro has been improving a lot lately under Zidane and is a big presence in the midfield. He is a tough tackler and knows how to struggle for the ball. Zidane might use the services of the Brazilian yet against in the next game. Kroos and Modric are the engines for the Los Blancos as most of the team’s attack passes through them and they are the reason why BBC plays without a pressure on and off the ball.

Attackers: Bale; Vasques; Ronaldo-

Bale scored the only goal in their victory against Sociedad and is surely going to start against City. As Benzema is out injured, Vasques might return to the face City and might play as a center forward. Ronaldo’s fitness is still in doubt, but he might return to face his old time rivals and will have a big impact on the game for sure.
