Liverpool vs Southampton Twitter Reactions
Liverpool hosted Southampton at Anfield in Jurgen Klopp’s second Premier League game in charge. The Reds were hoping that their new manager could secure his first win for them, after two draws in the previous two games in all competitions. There were no goals in the first half though both sides had some decent chances. The home side took the lead in the second half on the 77th minute through a Christian Benteke goal, though the lead only lasted nine minutes, as Sadio Mane equalized on the 86th minute to deny the German boss a win once again.
Though most of the fans do support the former Borussia Dortmund main-man in every way possible, they were quite disappointed that the Merseyside outfit could not secure the win, with just four minutes of normal time left to play.
