Manchester United Transfer Updates
President of La Liga giants Real Madrid, Florentino Perez, spoke on radio last night to finally open up and talk about the recently concluded transfer window. There have been a lot of speculations going around in the media regarding the whole David De Gea mess, which are being continually planted at the door of Manchester United.
Officials of the Premier League giants did not handle the situation well and perhaps meaning that Edward Woodward lacked experience, which Perez stressed on. The former European champions were clearly displeased about the deal not going through though everything looked well set for a deal to happen.
Further, as part of the talks, the Real president added that Woodward used to potentially call him on a daily basis with regards to a new target and say, “Well, how about him?”
Perez’s comments were covered by ABC, further claiming that the Red Devils were keen on signing three players, namely Gareth Bale, Karim Benzema (Arsenal target) and Raphael Varane.
