Barcelona striker Neymar is looking for a way out of Catalonia. There are talks going on for a new deal for the player involving big money.
According to the Sun, the premier league giants Manchester United and Manchester City want to bring the Brazilian International player into their squad and are willing to pay the strikers jaw-dropping £145m release clause.
Manchester United have already made a move for the 24-year-old, according to the striker’s father Neymar Sr.
On the other hand Barcelona are pretty sure that Neymar will not be moving to any other club and are confident that the Brazilain will sign the new contract at the end of the season.
While Neymar himself has not ruled out a move out of Catalonia, he did accept that the talks for the extension contract are still going on.
“Negotiations over contract extension are still ongoing. But I have more years yet and many things could happen.”- Neymar after Barca’s 6-1 victory over Celta Vigo.
Many of the player’s teammates believe that the Brazilian will move away from La Liga and sign a contract with Luis Enrique’s side.
