Roy Hodgson needs to add a player to cover the midfield for England in Euro 2016. Dele Alli and Jack Wilshere are the two choices for Hodgson.
In a poll by a sports website caughtoffside.com Dele Alli turned out to be the favorite amongst the fans. Alli got 74% votes while Jack Wilshere got only 7% votes while 14% votes were in favor of both and 5% for neither of the players.
Alli has been sensational since he started playing in the Premier League since summer. The 19-year-old is said to be one of the key players to make Tottenham Hotspurs the contenders in the Premier League for the title. He has scored 7 goals and provided 4 assists for the club.
On the other hand, Jack Wilshere may only just reach Alli’s standards, although the player was in Arsenal for six years he was not able to play for the Gunners due to a fractured fibula. However, he played a key role in England’s qualification campaign.
