Chelsea has been on the lookout for a permanent manager since the former manager Jose Mourinho was sacked in December. Currently, the Blues are managed by interim manager Guus Hiddink, whose presence in the club has given the Chelsea bosses more time to look out for the best candidate to fill the manager’s seat in the blues.
Reports suggest that the Blues have found the right candidate for the managerial post. The search has ended as Antonio Conte has agreed to take up the job at the Stamford Bridge. The procedure is nearly over as Conte expects the contract to be signed within 10 days. Accoridng to the Guardian, the contract will carry a salary of 6.3m Pounds for the 46-year-old manager.
Conte has already held talks with Chelsea and the dialogues have been very positive from both the parties involved according to the Guardian.
