Chelsea have contacted AC Milan for a potential transfer of their goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma.
Donnarumma is currently AC Milan’s first team goalkeeper and is considered to be one the most promising youngsters in European football. The player has managed to cement his position as the first team goalkeeper in AC Milan just at the age of 16 and has further managed to attract attention from one of the top Premier League clubs.
According to Fichajes, Chelsea has already approached the Serie A club regarding the availability of the teenager with regards to a move to the Stamford Bridge.
Often rumored to be the long-term heir of Gianluigi Buffon in the Italian national team, Donnarumma is valued at a whopping £119million according to his agent.
Reports further suggest that Manchester United too are keeping tabs on the player and will be a tough competition for the player’s signature against Chelsea considering their record of signing extremely expensive players.
