It seems now that Victor Valdes has been told to visit Carrington only when Manchester United’s first team are not training at the ground and to work with the youth team coaches. The former Barcelona man is once again being humiliated, after previously being forced to train on his own at a different time than his teammates.
Manager Louis van Gaal has apparently made new strict rules for his training schedule, to keep him away from the rest of the senior players, it would seem now.
The Spanish international has been strictly told to turn up at the club’s Carrington HQ, only when the Red Devils’ main side are not there.
The 33-year-old must train all alone in the afternoons if the first team have morning sessions and vice versa, depending on the schedule. Since his fallout with the Dutchman such restrictions have been implied on Valdes, who tried to leave Old Trafford and join Turkish side Beskitas in this summer, though it did not work out as well.
