Roma’s midfield superstar Iago Falque has now stated that he believes that Manchester City’s Edin Dzeko is the ‘perfect player’ for the Serie A outfit. The 29 year old Bosnian international completed his move to Italy from the Etihad for a price of £14m after failing to secure a regular spot in Manuel Pellegrini’s starting eleven.
However, City’s loss is surely Roma’s gain in this case, as per what Falque has now said, as the winger feels that the club have pulled off a major signing this summer.
In a recent interview with the La Gazzetta dello Sport, speaking about the Italian giants’ newest addition, the Spaniard stated, “He’s a perfect player for us.”
“The stronger we are, the better it is, and the more champions that come in, the better our chances of winning something with Roma.”
