Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho is desperate not to make the same mistake his two predecessors did. The Portuguese manager is in the market for a new striker. Several players have been linked so far with a move to Old Trafford, most notably Zlatan Ibrahimovic but there may be some surprise in store for the fans.
Currently the United front line has only Anthony Martial, Wayne Rooney and Marcus Rashford as the recognized center forwards and the new manager is keen to add more depth to the team. According to the Times, the club is considering a move for FC Basel’s Embolo. The 19 year old Swiss international is currently at Euro 2016 and while he may not be the most well known player on the planet he is highly rated in the known circles. Also remember Anthony Martial? If Embolo turns out to be someone like Martial, the fans would welcome the move.
