Cheikh N’Doye has had a pretty good season so far. The box to box midfielder has really impressed several big clubs and his good run has seen him being compared to the likes of Motta, Matuidi and Veratti by the Angers director.
The Senegalese is currently playing for Angers and the management feels that he is extremely talented and nothing will be able to stop the midfielder from rising to the top. Angers is currently third in Ligue 1 table and N’Doye has been a key player for the team so far.
The director, Oliver Pickeu, has said that N’Doye is generating interest from several big clubs and Chelsea and Manchester City are two of them. Earlier it was reported that Crystal Palace, Stoke and West Brom were interested in the player. Now Chelsea and City’s involvement is definitely a progress. Though a fee has not been discussed a move cannot be ruled out at the moment.
