Report – Liverpool Reach Agreement to Seal ‘Quality’ Star Signing

Liverpool’s defence has been one of the main concerns for the Reds fans and well-wishers and this part of the pitch has to be concentrated upon while manager Jurgen Klopp looks to bring in new players into the squad during the summer transfers.

The Merseysiders however, do have quality defenders in their squad and one of them is Jon Flanagan who recently came back into action from an injury and has shown exemplary performances as soon as he returned to Anfield like he never left the field in the first place.

The 23 year old full-back rose to stardom during Brendan Rodger’s time in Anfield and further has managed to impress current manager Jurgen Klopp as well as his fellow teammates.

Jon is an incredible, quality and a hard working player-James Milner.

Further according to Liverpool Echo, Flanagan has a verbal agreement with Liverpool to sign a new three year contract with the club.

Flanagan’s popularity in the stands is mirrored in the dressing room. His qualities are greatly valued.

“It’s huge that it gets sorted out,” said captain Jordan Henderson recently when asked about the full-back’s contract situation.

“I don’t think players and people like Flanno grow on trees to be honest.”
