Report: Juventus Manager Holds Talks With Arsenal Target Alvaro Morata

Juventus’ manager Massimiliano Allegri is confident that the club can keep hold of Arsenal target Alvaro Morata.

The Spanish striker is expected to leave Old Lady this summer as Real Madrid are able to activate their £23million buy back clause. After his wonderful performance in Italy last season, many European giants were linked with a move for the 23-year-old. It is reported that Arsenal, Manchester United and Paris Saint Germain were hoping to land the striker.

However, Allegri is still optimistic that Juve can hold onto the Spaniard amid growing talk that he is set to leave.

“Morata? If I were him, I’d remain at Juventus,” Allegri told Rai.

“Right now he’s on international duty and I hope he comes back to Turin afterwards.”
