Report: Fabregas Hints Arsenal Return?

Ex-Arsenal captain Cesc Fabregas openly showed his frustration for not getting picked up in Barcelona’s starting lineup more often.

“Today was time to say that I am here. I know the boss has a starting team in his head, and I am not in it.

“I played a good game against Celta, and then I was left out for most of the two games [against Espanyol and AC Milan], and that really messes you up. Today I wanted to vindicate myself so that does not happen again.”

Fabregas to Arsenal?

Since making his move to his childhood club, Barcelona, Fabregas finds himself fall behind the pecking order with players like Xavi, Andres Iniesta and Sergio Busquets playing their trades in the middle. Fabregas was forced to play in more advanced roles, in which he seems less effective than playing in the middle as a CM.

Regular rumors suggest that Fabregas may make a comeback to Arsenal one day in his career. But is that time came sooner than expected? Should Arsenal capitalize on this situation and make a bid for the super play maker? We will find out the answers when the transfer window opens again.
