Chelsea are proving to be a non-stop force in the transfer market as far as pursuing a player goes. Due to lack of Champions League, signing big names are not that easy for any club but the Blues are still chasing Alvaro Morata from Real Madrid.
Real recently bought back Morata from Juventus by activating the buy-back clause of £23 million. However it is strongly believed that the Spanish giants are willing to sell him immediately for a handsome profit. With a price tag of £40 million Chelsea are looking at Morata to be a part of the Blues’ attacking force. Antonio Conte prefers a formation of 3-5-2 and to provide two strikers the Blues need to have at least four on the roster.
Pato and Falcao has recently left Chelsea and this leaves Costa, Remy and the new signing Batshuayi as the only three recognizable names. Remy is also expected to leave and in that case signing a striker is of paramount importance. Is Morata the one?
