Rangers News: According to The Scottish Sun, Celtic and Rangers are interested in signing Motherwell midfielder Jake Hastie.
The Scottish midfielder is also being watched by Hull City and Middlesbrough (h/t Scottish Sun).
Hastie has emerged as an option for Steven Gerrard whilst their arch-rivals the Hoops are keeping tabs on the midfielder.
The teenager signed a three year deal with the Scottish club back in 2016. And with his contract set to expire at the end of this season, clubs are battling out for the wonder kid.
A breakthrough season
Hastie has been a revelation to Stephen Robinson’s side this season. After returning from a loan spell at Alloa Athletic, the midfielder has been great for the club.
The Scottish teenager has scored four goals and provided an assist from six games this season. He can play as a winger too on both the flanks.
Earlier, Hastie spoke about his future while he was scouted by Championship sides Leeds United and West Bromwich Albion (h/t Scotsman)
