United’s season has gone bad to worst as they have failed to win any trophy this season as well. The only possible source of the trophy for the Devils this season is FA cup and for that, they have a big hurdle to cross. The side will face West ham United to qualify for the Semi Finals in FA cup. Moreover, injuries have played a major part in the declined form of Manchester United. As some of the players are planning to leave and some might be sold this summer the team needs to rebuild their form from the beginning. Some major signings are surely needed to bring back the old glory days at the Theatre Of Dreams.

- David De Gea-
Absolutely no doubt in that. United will do anything to keep this shot-stopper in the team. The flying Spaniard has been wonderful throughout the season and hasn’t made a single mistake. He is the main reason why Manchester United is still fighting to secure a Champions League spot.
- Chris Smalling-
Tough as granite, he has been a regular starter for Manchester United this season alongside David De Gea. He is the player who is very tough to beat and also a hard tackler.
- John Stones-
Constantly chased by Manchester United, he is one of the most wanted young players in the Premier League. He can form a good partnership with his countrymen Chris Smalling.
- Matteo Darmian-
The full-back, capable of playing on both the flanks is one of the most attack minded defenders in football. He is capable of making constant forward runs and can adapt the style of the Premier League next season.
- Luke Shaw-
Currently out injured, this player has all the abilities of a full back. He is physically strong, have a great pace and also a good passer of the ball and is a technically gifted player.
- Daley Blind-
Deployed in the central defensive position almost in the entire season, this Dutch player is capable of playing in the full back’s area as well as a central defensive midfielder. Daley Blind is a cool and composed player who is an important part of Manchester United team.
- Morgan Schneiderlin-
Obviously not a surprising one. The Unsung hero in United’s squad this season has 1027 passes this season in the Barclays Premier League with a passing accuracy of 89% of which 71% were the forward passes. He can supply some dead balls to Lukaku up front in the team and can be a threat for the opposition.
- Juan Mata-
One of the best players in this season for Manchester United, he is a complete playmaker, a dead-ball specialist. Has a great vision as well as a great controller of the ball.
- Wayne Rooney-
The Skipper, the number 10 for the squad. Though he is having the worst form of his career, this player is surely a leader. Missed many games due to injury, Wayne Rooney is always a player who is a joy to watch.
- Anthony Martial-
The most expensive teenager in footballing history, this boy showed his worth in his very first game for the Devils. The source of many goals for Manchester United this season, he can be a beast in upcoming years.
- Romelu Lukakau-
The Belgian has hinted that he could leave this summer and Manchester United is one of the favorites where he can join. If he joins the squad, no doubt he will be in the starting XI from the beginning of the season and this is just due to his abilities.
