4 years ago today (21.04.2009) Andrey Arshavin did something that even seeing now gives goosebumps. The little Russian single handedly thumped Liverpool’s chances of winning the title that year. A 4-4 draw between the sides and Arshavin scored all four of them.
4 years later, the Russian is an understudy behind Podolski and Gervinho and is all set to leave Emirates at the end of the season. No one expected that his Arsenal career would come to an end like this, but it is happening and we have to live with it.
