Polish born Arsenal forward Lukas Podolski used to play for a small German club known as FC Bergheim when he was a kid. He moved to FC Koln in 1995 when he was just 10 years old.
Lukas Podolski is now a super star in world football. But, still he never forgets the roots from which he came from. He still offers financial help and other support to FC Bergheim. Here is a picture where the German international posed with the FC Bergheim’s youth players.
