Great news for Chelsea fans, the clubs’s legend John Terry has signed his new contract and will be staying with the club for another year.
The 35-year-old center-half was offered a one-year contract by the west London side ahead of Sunday’s 1-1 draw with Leicester City at Stamford Bridge on the final day of the 2015/16 season.
Terry wrote onhis social media account: “I am delighted to have signed another year with Chelsea. Thank you to my wife Toni,the club and all the players and management for your support. I want to say a special thanks to the fans for your unbelievable support throughout my career and especially on Sunday that will stay with me forever. 💙BEST FANS EVER

Terry has won four Premier League titles, the Champions League, the Europa League, four FA Cups and three League Cups as Blues skipper.
