Arsenal played out a tensed affair against QPR, edging out their relegated neighbors through a single goal thanks to Walcott. Although Arsenal dominated huge spells of possession they were poor in the final third failing to convert chances, which gave the home side some momentum to get on the score sheet to support their cheering home fans. After the restart they did exactly the same and at a point of time QPR had over 65% of possession and threatened the Gunners bid for the forth place.
