Arsenal star Jack Wilshere is currently recovering from an injury that he sustained while playing for England. Yesterday, he had undergone a freezing Chryotherapy treatment which may help him to recover as quickly as possible.

The England international posted on his twitter,

“12 minutes of Chryotherapy to aid recovery!! -100 Degrees…wish me luck!!!”
