Chelsea are looking to bring in River Plate Defender Emanuel Hernan Mammana into the Stamford Bridge this summer.
Reports from Goal suggest that the Blues are holding talks with the player’s representatives Hernan Reguera, who has informed the Blues that they will be able to sign the player for £8 million in the summer.
While the Blues are the preferred club to sign the player, they are not the only ones looking out for Mammana, according to reports Fiorentina and Inter Milan too are looking to sign the player
Further reports from the Goal state that the player is in contract with the club till June 2019 and thus has a release clause of £11million, however River Plate may end up accepting a lower amount for the same in order to speed up a potential deal.
Considered to be a talented central midfielder the youngster made his Argentina debut in June 2014 replacing Javier Mascherano and will be a good addition to the Blues squad this summer.
