[Image] Predicted 4-2-3-1 Arsenal XI to face Norwich – Can Ljungberg get his first win as manager?

Norwich City vs Arsenal prediction: Arsenal line-up

Arsenal travel to Carrow Road on Sunday as they take on hosts Norwich City after a series of 7 winless games in all competitions.

The Gunners head into this game on the back of a narrow defeat against Eintracht Frankfurt last night in the Champions League.

Unai Emery has been sacked as a result, and Freddie Ljungberg has been appointed as the interim manager.

On the other hand, Norwich City would be looking to salvage a point against the Gunners, given their poor run of form and a disastrous defensive unit.

However, with just 4 wins in their 13 Premier League games, Arsenal would surely look to take maximum points after dropping two easy points against Southampton last weekend.

Team News

Arsenal have a long list of injuries in their squad. Dani Ceballos and Sead Kolasinac are ruled out of the game with thigh injuries.

Rob Holding has suffered several injuries and a recent knee injury has put him on the sidelines once again. Hector Bellerin returned from a long-term injury but due to a problem in his thigh, he is doubtful for the match.

David Luiz, the latest to be injured, was seen clutching his chest while being taken off the game against Frankfurt and is unlikely to start against the Canaries.

Probable Arsenal XI

Formation: 4-2-3-1

Bernd Leno (GK)

The German has not been impressive this term but is the first-choice in goal for Emery. He is expected to take his place from Emiliano Martinez, who started against Frankfurt.

Calum Chambers (RB)

Bellerin’s injuries have made way for the Englishman to play for the majority of the season. Though he was ineffective against Frankfurt, he is expected to start.

Sokratis (CB)

The 31-year-old is yet to make a major contribution at the back. He seems to be a weak link in their defence. Due to limited options, Ljungberg could go with him to take charge of the defence.

Shkodran Mustafi (CB)

The German hasn’t been convincing all season. He is expected to start in the place of David Luiz. Mustafi would be hoping to show some confidence in his game.

Kieran Tierney (LCB)

He had a better game against Southampton last weekend but was at fault for the Saints’ first goal. His forward runs have been excellent. The Scot would be hoping to improve.

Lucas Torreira (CDM)

Despite playing regularly in his first season, Torreira has been limited with game time this term. He would start for sure and would be looking to convince the manager for a regular place in the starting line-up.

Matteo Guendouzi (CDM)

The Frenchman has been a key member for the Gunners this season. With 2 assists so far, Guendouzi seems to be improving each day. He would start for sure.

Nicolas Pepe (RW)

Considered to be a game-changer, Pepe is yet to make Arsenal’s attacking ranks a formidable one. He has been given enough chances but seems to be struggling. He would start ahead of Gabriel Martinelli, who has displayed his talents immensely in other competitions.

Mesut Ozil (CAM)

Age seems to be catching up with the German. Though he has played decently, he looks to be far from his best. He would start for sure despite being on the bench against Frankfurt.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang (LW)

The only bright spot in Arsenal’s season so far, he will lead the Gunners. A sure starter.

Alexandre Lacazette (ST)

The Frenchman’s goals were vital in clinching a draw last weekend. He would look to add more goals to his name on Sunday.
