Nasri banned by French FA

Samir Nasri and have been banned by the French FA for three games after a disciplinary hearing into their Euro 2012 conduct

Nasri in trouble again

Nasri swore at a reporter following the quarter-final loss to Spain and gestured after scoring against England. Jeremy Menez of Paris St Germain also received a one-match ban from the French Football Federation for arguing with goalkeeper Hugo Lloris during the Spain match. Both players will miss next month’s friendly with Uruguay and Nasri will also sit out World Cup qualifiers against Finland and Belarus.

The other two players, Yann M’vila and Hatem Ben Arfa, escaped with warnings. The charge against the Rennes midfielder M’vila also stemmed from the Spain match, when he was substituted and did not shake hands with either his replacement Olivier Giroud or the coach Laurent Blanc.
