Arsenal Injury Update
Danny Welbeck will be returning back to the Emirates Stadium after a nine month break due to knee injury.
Welbeck was last seen from the Gunners side in the match against Chelsea, which was a 0-0 draw. This Wednesday it will be exactly nine months since the player was last seen playing from the side of Gunners.
As such Arsenal has played commendable football since Welbeck’s absence from the club. The Gunners are 3 points from reaching the top and Welbeck will be joining the club sometime in February.
Although Welbeck’s first season in the Emirates was frustrating with just four goals in 32 matches. The player’s talent came through during a match against Galatasaray with his hat-trick.
However, the 25-year-old was not able to replace Oliver Giroud as the starting forward for the Gunners. Arsenal has fixtures against Leicester City, Barcelona and Manchester United in future, and Wenger will be happy to have Welbeck back in the club.
