Manchester United player Luke Shaw is returning to United’s Carrington base for training. The player has been on his road to recovery from a broken leg.
The defender return to Carrington has made fans hopeful of him playing this season while earlier expectations were of him not playing in this season. Shaw is taking his recovery a step at a time and that is the best way to deal with an injury as serious as this.
The defender suffered the injury during a challenge by PSV Eindhoven’s Hector Moreno in September. He arrived at Carrington on Monday along with Ashley Young. As such his arrival to Carrington seems to be the next step in his recovery.
Shaw’s injury put a setback in his career as he would have been in Roy Hodson’s team for Euros 2016 due to his form in 2015. However, his injury put his selection in serious doubts.
