Louis Van Gaal has been a big fan of the players from German League. Though the players don’t seem to suit Premier League, the Dutchman seem to not realize that. For a long time now it has been rumored that Louis Van Gaal is interested in the Bayern Munich duo Rober Lewandowski and Thomas Muller.
SportBild, a German sports magazine has reported that United are willing to pay Muller around €12m per year. It also has been said that Manchester United has repeatedly tried to get the player, but Bayern Munich is just not interested.
United seems to chasing targets that they cannot achieve. In the process, they are letting go of their tradition of getting young promising players and turning them into stars. In the summer, United chased Ramos and Muller publicly and failed to sign both of them. Continuation of such events will be damaging for the club in the long run.
