Manchester United Set To Recall Players From Loan To Cover For Injuries

United is routing on Tyler Blackett to cover up for the injuries running in the club. Blackett who is on loan to Celtic plays as a left-back or centre- back.

The 21 year old is looked out for by United to cover the injuries of Luke Shaw and Marcus Rojo. Blackett who joined Manchester United’s academy in 2002 has also played on loan for Blackpool and Birmingham City and is qualified to play internationally for England, Barbados and Jamaica. According to the Daily Mail, Van Gaal will recall Blackett next month in order to provide cover for his defence in the second half of the season.

With Luke Shaw making steady progress in his double leg fracture, he might be ready for a team game this season, on the other hand Marcus Rojo is still recovering from his shoulder surgery.

With Manchester struggling this season, Blackett’s presence may be an addition to the team for now. United, who are looking to add centre-back players in the club will get some time to select the right person with Blackett coming back as a cover for Shaw and Rojo.
