It has been a good and healthy week at Old Trafford, as Jose Mourinho’s Manchester United lifted the EFL cup. The victory took above rivals Liverpool in the number of major trophies won in their illustrious history. The Red Devils also managed to get into the next round of the Europa League and will now turn their attention to climbing up the points table in the league. They are currently 6th in the table, just 2 points off Arsenal who are at 4th. They will hope to take maximum points from the home game against AFC Bournemouth in the Premier League up next.
Meanwhile, The Cherries are back in after a demoralising loss to Palace and will have to be at their best to take anything from this game.

The manager will be happy with the return of winger Henrikh Mkhitaryan, who missed the Wembley final with a niggle he recently picked up. He is expected to be back in action this weekend but Phil Jones is expected to remain sidelined for this tie.

The French star has gathered some momentum in the last few games and is currently high on confidence. He will hope to maintain his form and lift his team to a win.
