It’s not a big surprise that Manchester United dominates the list. From the days of David Beckham, they have been the most popular football club in the world. According to the reports, they have a huge fan base of 650 million. Robin van Persie took the top spot from Ronney (all time best seller in the league). Kagawa’s presence in the top three is mainly due to his popularity in Asia.
Chelsea striker Fernando Torres still stayed in top 5 even after his poor showings in recent years. Luis Suarez could have been in top 5 if not for some of his unpopular racist and biting stunts. It’s good to see two promising English youngsters Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Jack Wilshere have some good commercial value too. Arsenal’s Santi Cazorla takes the last spot in the top 10.
