According to the reports coming from Dailymail, Spanish giants Real Madrid will be making a £25million bid for Manchester United’s Spanish goalkeeper David de Gea this week and are expecting to have him at Santiago Bernabeu at the start of the season. With this, the Red Devils are all set to begin their pursuit of signing the Dutch goalie Jasper Cillessen from Ajax.

Manchester United’s best player in the last season, De Gea started the EPL season opener against Tottenham on the bench alongside Victor Valdes and Anders Lindegaard as his team started the Argentine goalie Sergio Romero on the goal and Sam Johnstone on the bench. Real Madrid are convinced that Van Gaal wants to sell the player. United’s executive director Ed Woodward remains the only obstacle for Real Madrid who could land the goalkeeper in a week’s time.
