Liverpool completed the signing of Jurgen Klopp as their new manager and though one would surely expect reactions from footballing fans all over the world, the reaction of the Manchester United fans with respect to their fierce rivals is always priceless. Though, it does not make any difference to the German coach or the Reds, mixed emotions have been expressed by them.
Liverpool had earlier confirmed the appointment of the former Borussia Dortmund main-man via their official Twitter feed, which had delighted fans on the Merseyside outfit.

However, though the Liverpool fans were delighted by the news, a group of the Red Devils’ fans feel entirely differently. Klopp is a high-quality manager who can surely bring about a change at Anfield, though how long it might take for that to happen still remains to be seen. He was also being considered a potential replacement for Sir Alex Ferguson in 2013 though he remained with the Bundesliga outfit back then. Here are some of the reactions of the United fans after the signing:
There’s no guarantee that Jurgen #Klopp will succeed at Liverpool, what if he fails like his last season at Dortmund? time will tell. #LFC

Klopp couldn’t win the league with Reus, Gotze and Lewandowski. What will he win with Ings, Milner and Firminho? #mufc #lfc

Insanely jealous of Liverpool right now. Klopp is a fantastic manager, I was desperate for him to come to United after Fergie. #lfc #mufc

Klopp arriving at LFC is good for #MUFC; shines the spotlight 26 miles away from us. LVG can get on with his job, he’s no longer the new boy

Looks like Klopp is not as ambitious a manager as we thought taking over a 2nd rate team like #LFC Shame job will ruin his rep! #MUFC

Sad day for football. I like Jurgen Klopp immensely but as a #MUFC fan he is now and evermore an enemy. Sorry Mr Klopp…

Klopp to Liverpool. Wish it wasn’t so. I honestly wanted Klopp to succeed Fergie when he had retired instead of Moyes! #MUFC
