Rodriguez did have a brilliant season for Real Madrid and while this signing might be a dream, it could happen if Manchester City splash the cash. They need to sign someone to signal intent and getting one of the brightest attackers in the world would be a sure shot guarantee at making a few heads turn while also giving the team better attacking threat.
