According to ESPN, Manchester City are interested in making the move for Roma midfielder Cengiz Under. The Turkish international broke onto the scene with the Serie A outfit last season and has continued to show a meteoric rise in his performances.

As a result, a number of clubs have been linked with the player, including a host of Premier League outfits. Chelsea, Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal are all said to be in the hunt for Under’s signature. Enquiries have been made regarding a transfer in January as well (h/t ESPN).

But Manchester City definitely seems to be the right option for Cengiz Under going forward. The Cityzens are currently the best team in the land and are on the rise under Pep Guardiola.
