The Lions visited Elland Road for a crucial Championship game.

With no goals from either side till the hour mark, the Polish striker scored a goal, whilst Villa defender Kodjia was down on the ground.

Straightaway, players from both sides were involved in a tussle after the referee refused to disallow the goal.

The tension prevailed beyond the touchlines as Marcelo Bielsa and Villa’s assistant coach John Terry appeared to be exchanging words.

As a gesture of fair play, Bielsa allowed the Lions to score a goal and advised his players not to stop by any means.

Albert Adomah scored the equalizer with none of the Whites players making a movement.

During the bust-up, Anwar El Ghazi, the Lions wingers, saw a red card following his alleged foul on Patrick Bamford.

The stalemate has now taken the Whites out of automatic promotion spot, as Norwich City and Sheffield United ensured their places in the Premier League next season.

LUFC have now gone three matches without a win and as a result, they have been pushed to the Playoffs, which are to be played next month.
