Reports suggest that the Magpies have contacted French Club in the intent for a deal towards their Forward Loic Remy !
Remy, is also target for the rivals Arsenal and Spurs, who is valued £15 million despite the fact that he is having a year contract under his name. Magpies have now joined race along with North London club rivals. Remy scored 20 goals in his 42 appearances last season.
Andre Villas is seriously looking to bring another striker for this new season. Spurs only available forward is Defoe, due to fact that Adebayor deal is not finalized and things are moving in such a way that he would be in Manchester City.
Arsenal is also a long term admirers of Remy. Though Arsene Wenger has signed Lukas Podolski and Giroud, he is keen to add another forward to his team.
