Liverpool’s Predicted Line-up To Play Against Crystal Palace

Liverpool host Crystal Palace this Saturday in a hope to reach the top of the table for the time being while Arsenal and Tottenham play on Sunday. This looks like one of the easiest games for the Reds, who are buoyed by the return of Luis Suarez and will be looking to get the maximum out of a Crystal Palace side who are at 19th in the table with just a single victory from the 6 league games.

The last time Liverpool played at Anfield they suffered a shocking defeat at the hands of Southampton, and Saturday’s game will be an important game before the players go out on International break.

As far as the team news in concerned, Brendan Rodgers will have a strong attacking line-up to choose from. With Suarez’ return and Sturridge’ extraordinary form, Rodgers will have no other choice but to deploy both the forwards and allow his wide players to drift back a little.

Against Sunderland, Liverpool played in a 3-5-2 formation where Rodgers used Toure, Skrtel and Sakho in the backline while Agger missed the trip due to a rib injury. With Agger out of contention to start this weekend, it is expected that the Liverpool manager will opt for the same defensive line-up

And in the midfield, Expect Gerrard and Henderson to take the center stage while Moses and Sterling on the wings. There is also a possibility that Jose Enrique might be deployed in a move advanced role (LM) with Lucas suspended for this one.

Here is a look at the possible line-up Rodgers might use:
