On 3rd of April, Liverpool will host Mauricio Pochettino’s side Tottenham Hotspur in a game which can play a significant role Tottenham’s pursuit for the title. Spurs are just 5 points behind the leaders Leicester and it very important for Tottenham to win the every game from now on. A loss or a draw is not an option for the London’s side. Looking at Liverpool’s side, they have started performing very well under the German manager and have qualified for the quarter-finals in the Europa League by defeating Manchester United but had a very bad luck at the Saint Mary’s last time against Southampton and lost by 3 goals to 2 despite being 2-0 up.
Tottenham, on the other hand, have been performing exceptionally well this season under the Argentine manager. Tottenham doesn’t have a great record at Anfield over the past few seasons and that needs to change if they want to lift the Premier League trophy this time.
Despite their loss against Southampton, Liverpool have been in the a very good form and the players will give a strong competition as the team wants to get closer to finish in the top 4 places.
