After having a mesmerizing start to the 2013-14 campaign, buoyed by the scintillating form of Luis Suarez and Daniel Sturridge up front, Liverpool are finally looking to hold their own so far this campaign. Defensively Liverpool have been very tight as well, holding their sway most often playing three centre backs in the 3-5-2 formation. The Uruguayan has been subject to interests by major clubs all over Europe with Real Madrid leading the chase to add more steel to their potential firepower up front. While Madrid are expected to sell their French striker Karim Benzema, they are willing to fiscal ramifications of a price for Suarez, which would entice Liverpool to sell, Rodgers can ill afford to let go his best player. If Suarez does stay expect Liverpool to snatch a Champions League Berth next campaign.
