Liverpool and Southampton target Franco Vazquez has put the premier league sides on red alert as he recently revealed that he wants to leave Plaermo.
The attacking midfielder was highly praised in the 2014-15 season after he recorded most number of assists in Serie A.
But now, Vazquez has revealed that he wants to leave because he feels he needs a new challenge.
“A cycle has finished, I can’t give Palermo any more than what I’ve given,” Vazquez told Dxt Carlos Paz.
“These were three great years, now I need a change of scene and to have new motivations, new objectives, to fight for more important things.
“The most beautiful thing was to say goodbye in the best way, achieving what we’d promised with the whole group, and this makes me happy.”
