Liverpool signing Marko Grujic will be heading to Anfield before the pre-season. The Reds signed the player officially from Red Star Belgrade in January itself, however Gurijic spent the second half of the season at the Serbian club on loan from the Reds.

The player recently posted a photo in Facebook with two trophies and a message professing his love towards the Serbian club, in some ways a goodbye to his former club.

The attacking midfielder joined the Reds in January amidst interest from many different clubs and has six goals to his credit in 28 appearances for Red Star. Grujic has joined Liverpool in a five year deal with a fee of £5.1 million involved. Much is already expected of the player who has won the Under-20 World cup for Serbia.

Gurijic is one of the first signing for the German manager Jurgen Klopp, who also signed Schalke’s Joel Matip, who will be joining the Reds at the end of the season.
