“What will happen to Mario Balotelli?” is probably a question every Liverpool fans would like to know. After failing to make any tangible impact at Anfield he spent the whole season on loan at AC Milan and now looks like he may eventually return to Anfield as the San Siro officials do not want to keep him.
According to a report from Daily Express, the player will train with Jurgen Klopp and the rest of the team as the begin their tour this month. Liverpool wants to sell him but the club is having difficulty in finding a buyer for the 25 year old Italian. With the current roster, Liverpool has plenty of attacking players and every one of them will be higher in the pecking order above Balotelli. Sturridge, Origi, Ings and Firmino has been joined by new signing Sadio Mane.
While Christian Benteke is expected to leave, nothing is yet finalized and the Belgian may stay back as well. What now we wonder is what will Balotelli do?
