Liverpool have been looking out for Leicester City full back Ben Chilwell for some time now and according to the Goal, the Reds are intensifying their efforts to sign the player into the squad next season.
According to the claims by the Goal, there may still be hurdles for the deal to get completed earlier as the amount for the transfer has not been finalized between the clubs, which may end up the deal getting further procrastinated.
The Reds are willing to pay only a certain amount for the player and thus are not looking to break the bank to bring in the player to Liverpool as Chilwell is in the last year of his contract with the Foxes.
While the Foxes are not willing to let go of their prized asset, the Reds believe that the club will accept a hefty amount for the player, who is a left-back and is known for his passing ability, his touch and his maturity in possession.
