After orchestrating a title challenge that strayed its path in the last month of last season, Mauricio Pochettino’s Tottenham Hotspur side have started strongly this season. They are yet to be beaten in the Premier League. Spurs put two past Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City side before the international break and Pochettino will hope that his team can keep up the good work at the top of the table when they travel to the Hawthorns this weekend. It will be an interesting game as the Baggies have been in decent form recently. Here is our prediction for how Spurs will line up against West Brom.

Team News:

Pochettino does not have too many injuries to worry about before this trip to the Hawthorns. Moussa Dembele is fighting a fitness battle but is expected to be fit for this game. Harry Kane is the only long-term absentee for Spurs.

Hugo Lloris:

One of the most consistent players in his position, Lloris, should start this game for Spurs and will hope that he can keep another clean sheet this weekend.

Kyle Walker:

Walker was one of the many impressive players in the victory over Manchester City. He will keep his place as the right back for the Spurs this weekend.

Toby Alderweireld:

Arguably the best defender this season in the league, Alderweireld, has grown on to become an important part of the squad. He will keep his place in the starting lineup for this game.

Jan Vertonghen:

Another player who has been exceptional for the Spurs this season has been Vertonghen. The Belgian will start alongside Alderweireld for this game against the Baggies.

Danny Rose:

Having just come back from injury, the Tottenham Hotspur left-back was in decent form against City and should start against West Brom as well.

Victor Wanyama:

The Kenyan international has been the best player for Tottenham this season and should continue to keep his place in the middle of the park.

Moussa Dembele:

A fan favorite in London, Dembele, has not been able to keep himself fit this season, but his return from injury for this game will mean that he will start ahead of Dier for this game.

Eric Lamela:

The Argentine has been in decent form this season, providing Spurs with loads of energy and creativity in the final third. He will have to be impressive once again for Tottenham to come away with a victory.

Dele Alli:

The England international is one of the star players for Tottenham Hotspur and he will play in an offensive role this weekend against the Baggies.

Christian Eriksen:

Though not really at his best early this season, Eriksen, is one of the most important players for this side. He will have to be at his best if Tottenham are to take all three points from this game.

Heung-Min Son:

Son will keep his place in the side. The Korean will lead the attacking line and will hope to keep up his performances from the last few games for the club.
