Leicester City star Admits He Could Leave King Power Stadium In The Summer Amidst Arsenal Fiasco

Arsenal’s long term target Riyad Mahrez has recently admitted that he might leave Liecester City in the coming transfer window. Mahrez’s teammate Jamie Vardy has been heavily linked with a move to the Emirates outfit, and now it seems like Wenger is ready to snub Mahrez along with Vardy from the King Power Stadium.

Mahrez joined Leicester back in January 2014 on  a fee of £400,000 and the Algerian played a vital role in Leicester 2015-16 Premier League campaign. The Algerian netted 17 goals and provided 10 assists and was also named as the PFA player of the year.

According to the Sun, Arsene Wenger has is in talks with Mahrez for a move to the Emirates as he looks to make a double raid on Leicester.

In a recent event with Nike, the 25-year-old stated:

“The season went very well. As you know, we have won the league which was very important. It is incredible. It was by far my best season in my career.”: Mirror.

“Leicester’s a family club; I’m happy there and I’d be happy to stay.”

“It is flattering to hear (about links to other clubs), as I said nothing is agreed, nothing is done. For the moment I have not made a decision. We will see. It is possible that I stay, it is possible that I leave. We will see.”
